Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026.

This policy covers sunburydigital.com, run by Sunbury Digital in Columbus, Ohio. It explains what we collect through the site, why, and who else handles it. Client engagements are covered by their own agreements.

What you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company name, your organization's AI maturity, the AI tools it uses, and what a win would look like in the next 90 days. The form can also record the page you opened it from, and campaign details from the link that brought you here. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you write.

We use this to reply to you and to decide whether and how we can help.

What's collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, your device and browser, and how you arrived. We also record actions on the site: buttons and links you click, sections you scroll to, the scorecard download, whether you play the video and how much of it you watch, whether you open or submit the contact form, and which boxes you check in the "You're probably here because" list. Your answers to the contact form are not sent to Google Analytics.

If a link to this site includes campaign details, your browser keeps them in temporary storage until you close the tab, so they can be passed to the contact form.

Who else handles it

• Google Analytics for the analytics above. See how Google uses data from sites like ours.
• Google Fonts delivers the site's typeface, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
• Tally hosts the contact form, stores your answers, and emails them to us. Its script loads on each page. See Tally's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and screens traffic for automated abuse, which involves processing details like your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We don't sell your information. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond, work with you, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics.
• You can email us to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
• You don't have to use the contact form. The scorecard and the rest of the site work without it.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
